Refund policy
30-Day Return Window (U.S. & International Orders)
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, items must be in original condition—unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Under Our 30-Day Policy
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
- Personal care or hygiene items (beauty products, cosmetics)
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

European Union Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
EU Cooling-Off Exemptions (Important)
Under EU consumer protection law, the following cannot be returned under the 14-day cooling-off period:
- Personalized or custom-made items (products created specifically according to your instructions)
- Perishable goods
- Hygiene-sensitive items where the seal is broken
- Digital content delivered electronically (including digital gift cards)
Sale Items in the EU: Unlike our 30-day store policy, sale items are returnable in the EU under the 14-day cooling-off period, as long as they are not part of an exempt category.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original item.
Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
